Ahmedabad residents can expect slight relief from the heat as temperatures are set to dip by 2-3°C over the next two days, according to the IMD. On Tuesday, the city recorded a maximum of 35°C and a minimum of 21.5°C, with a slight drop to 19°C expected on Wednesday night.
The dry spell will continue across Gujarat, with no rain forecast for the next week. Rajkot, Mahuva, and Amreli were the hottest at 36°C, while Diu recorded the coolest night at 17°C.
After a brief cooldown, temperatures are expected to rise gradually by the weekend.
